Since quite a few participants were not able to attend the first session, we took the opportunity to introduce ourselves and to provide some context for the program as a whole. Afterwards, the Facilitation Team noted that, in the small groups and in the whole group, there was already a degree of coherence and an awareness of intersubjectivity. This is often the case with intersubjective work: a new group of participants starts close to the point where the last group ended.
