In this lab for practitioners, we focus on developing the co-conscious field between us, which is Emergent Interbeing. Every week we meet online on Zoom to practice bringing to life this often unknown communal dimension of consciousness. It is a practice that also allows us to live new dimensions of togetherness and shared creativity in our daily lives. The Interbeing Lab is the heart of our dialogue work.
The Lab is for those who already have some experience with Emergent Dialogue or Emergent Interbeing and want to deepen their capacity to embody and to engage with the practice of co-conscious creativity regularly and together.
The Lab meets regularly on Tuesdays. The first Tuesday of each month is an “Open Lab” for curious newcomers. (You can invite your friends!) The Open Lab gives the regular Tuesday practitioners the experience of working with people who are new to the practice. This helps us to avoid jargon and to bring a freshness to the practice.

Here in the Interbeing Lab, we focus on the inspiring experience of Emergent Interbeing as a practice of communal presencing and on creating a connective, developmental context in which all participants can unfold their potential. Regular practice in this virtual setting develops the field of co-consciousness and our own capacity to transmit it to others.
In so doing, we hold the paradox of the one and the many—that our differences emerge from unity and simultaneously make that unity richer and more complex. Together, our task is to deepen and develop the co-consciousness and co-creativity that unfolds in the intersubjective space - the space between us. This practice is for anyone who wants to give themselves to developing a new way of being human together.

Maria Zacherl is a naturopath with her own practice in the Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany. She enjoys supporting people holistically. Her curiosity about the process of healing led her to wonder what kind of impulse it is that heals us, drives us forward, and which humanity seems to follow. This question brought her to evolve World, where such an impulse is consciously present and alive between people in dialogue. At evolve World, she is part of the Core Team of advanced Emergent Interbeing practitioners, responsible for catalyzing the emergence of co-conscious creativity in small groups. Maria also supports fundraising and is active in guiding evolve Salons.

…Plus members of the evolve World Core Team who are dedicated to Emergent Interbeing as a spiritual path and are seeing how this new way of being together fundamentally changes work, relationships, and the deepest sense of connection and meaning. Some have been engaging with this practice for a few years and others have been participating in this exploration of Interbeing for more than a decade. They are working to realize this potential of collective development with more and more people and groups.
The Emergent Interbeing Lab will be offered from January 14 to June 24, 2025. It is open to persons who are familiar with the practice. In some cases, if someone has significant experience in “we space” practices, they can join the Lab on a trial basis. Please reach out to Elizabeth: elizabeth.debold@oneworldindialogue.com.
The 6-month program fee is 390.00€. If you need special financial consideration, please be in touch with Elizabeth. We want to create this practice space for committed practitioners—money should not be a barrier to your participation!
To sign up for this program you'll need to create a free evolve world membership. If you already have an evolve world account you can sign in here.
